Responsability of the Customer:

1. Ensuring access at the beginning of the service
2. Ensuring payment on the day of the cleaning
3. Ensuring water and electricity
4. Ensuring all items within the home that are delicate, firearms, and/or money lying around are put away safely
5. Ensuring to tidy up the home before the crew arrives
6. Ensuring all pets are put away during the time of the cleaning
7. Ensuring a 2-day notice of any rescheduled appointments
8. Ensuring a 2-day notice of any canceled appointments

For Current & NEW Clients: Must giva a two-day cancelation notice, fail to do so will result in paying for 100% of the service.

Current Clients: Must give at least a two-day notice for rescheduling. Fail to do so will result in paying 50% of the service!

New Clients: Must give at least a two-day notice for rescheduling. Fail to do so will result in paying 100% of the service!

For New & Current Clients: Please note that all payments for services must be made on the same day they are provided. A grace period of 2 hours will be allowed. After this period, a 4% interest fee will be applied to any outstanding balance. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or cash. If you choose to pay with cash, it must be done in person before my team leaves. Thank you for your understanding!

Can not solicitate any of our employees. Otherwise there is a fine of $3,000 to hire an employee while with our company. You can hire any ex-employee that hasn’t been working with our company for more than a 2-year life span. You are held responsable bound to our terms and conditions the momento your cleaning payment is paid to us. This is applied to any contract, recipients, or document provided to you while with us.
