What’s Included

Kitchen

We wipe ceiling fans (if accessible), baseboards, doors, door frames, light switches, and cabinets and closets inside and out. We remove visible cobwebs (high ceilings may limit reach), then vacuum and mop floors.

Bedrooms

We wipe baseboards, doors, door frames, light switches, and cabinets and closets inside and out. We remove cobwebs where possible, then vacuum carpets and mop floors.

Laundry

We clean baseboards, doors, door frames, light switches, and cabinets and closets. Cobweb removal included where reachable. Floors are vacuumed and mopped.

Bathrooms

We scrub and disinfect toilets, bathtubs, showers, and sinks; countertops, mirrors, cabinets, light switches, and accessible ceiling fixtures. We remove cobwebs if possible ,clean baseboards, doors, and door frames, then vacuum and mop floors.

Living Room

We wipe fans, baseboards, doors, switches, and closets, remove cobwebs where possible, then vacuum and mop floors.

Before We Clean

The property must be completely empty at the time of cleaning.

Any furniture left behind will not be cleaned.

We are not responsible for damaged furniture.

We do not assist with packing, moving, or removing unwanted items.

Please inform us if there is hard water scale or mold in the bathrooms, as it may require extra time or products.
